Back in Dallas Texas. Requested (and received) an extra three hours to get fresh.

Heading down to the terminal shortly to pull return run back to Dallas Texas.

Made it into Memphis Tennessee. Late because of short call this morning (8:15 report time to pull 8:30 schedule). Gone to hotel to get fresh.

Called in to take open run to Memphis Tennessee.

Made it back to Dallas Texas.

Received a 2 1/2 call (should have been 1 hour) to pull one way open run back to Dallas Texas.

Made it into Abilene Texas. Gone to hotel to get fresh. No work showing on board today.

Called in to take one way open run to Abilene Texas.

Booked back on the extraboard in Dallas Texas.

Have to get some pre-surgery stuff done before the Sinus surgery. Booked off sick. Got allergy shot, blood work, some xrays done this morning. Have a CT scan tomorrow.
