Areas of bites are very itchy. Vision stll blurry in eye that was bitten. Notified management that I would revisit booking back on some time Sunday.

Saw doctor, getting a topical, itch cream. Cleared to go right back to work. Have to decide what to do. Definitely not going to book right back on. Have to come back to doctor in a week.

Finally made it into examining room. Waiting on doctor.

Waiting at the company doctors office. Been here 3 1/2 hrs. Still one ahead of me. Apparently 5 or more people got ahead of me while they were waiting for authorization from Greyhound.

Made it back to Dallas Texas, filled out worker’s compensation form, waiting on paperwork to see company doctor.

Got eaten up by insects in hotel room. Reported it to supervisor, booked off sick, cushioning home to see company

Made it into Oklahoma City Oklahoma, 75 minutes late, road failure – A/C problem. Dispatch phone system down. Going to hotel to get fresh.

Called in to take one way open run to Oklahoma City Oklahoma.

Made it into Abilene Texas, took 6 hour late schedule back to Dallas Texas. Heading home.
