Abilene Texas

Received a two hour call (again an hour early, again woke me up) to pull one way open run back to Dallas Texas. I respectfully declined the opportunity to bring the return run back to Abilene. Once I set foot in Dallas Texas, even though I have not gone home, my meal allowance and layover pay and second rest period is zeroed out and starts over.
