Board is being manipulated by district manager. He had foreign drivers cushioned into Dallas to pull local Dallas open runs. Due to this manipulation, running around Dallas drivers, I am up for an all nighter to Memphis (one way open run – not Dallas work) or all nighter to Jackson MS (one way open run – not Dallas work). In either case, will not be up for this work since I was fresh at noon, and our work was given to Houston drivers. Booked off fatigued.
