At a recent Metroplex Area Independent Baptist Preachers Fellowship (maibpf.com), I had the pleasure of meeting Pastor Roy Blair of First Baptist Church of Meadowview in Mesquite, Texas.
As we visited, I mentioned to Brother Blair that I had noticed a critical error on their church website (fbcom.org). I offered to help get it fixed, and he gladly accepted. Pastor Blair told me his wife would follow up with me about it.
The following week, Sister Cynthia gave me a call, and together we were able to get their website back online in just a couple of hours.
During that time, I shared about our ministry of providing free web hosting for Independent Fundamental Baptist ministries. Pastor Blair was encouraged by this and asked if we could take over the hosting for their church website. This change not only resolved the technical issue but also saved the church money from costly hosting fees.
Since then, we’ve had the joy of visiting First Baptist Church of Meadowview in person and enjoying some wonderful fellowship with Pastor Blair, his family, and the church.
We thank the Lord for opportunities like this to serve His churches and strengthen the work of Independent Baptists online.
