Maureen and I had the pleasure of meeting Scott Payne and his son at a Fellowship meeting.
Brother Payne has been called us to serve in the mission field of the Armed Forces of the United States of America. He is being sent out of our home church, New Horizon Baptist Church of Ward, Arkansas. He is currently on deputation.
The Payne’s focus will be in starting a Servicemen’s center. The center will be a God honouring, Christ-centered, local church ran, service center for our armed forces, the “Forgotten People.”
We discussed his ministry, called Patriotic and Spiritual Services (P.A.S.S.) and Brother Scott decided on the domain “the-pass.us”.
After talking about what he would like to do with the website. I created a WordPress website for him, and provided some training on WordPress.
Brother Payne caught on quickly and is currently working on his website as a source of information for potential supporters.
