Doing okay today. Feeling blah due to stomach issues.
Did not get much sleep last night. Took a 2 hour nap this afternoon. Feel better. Took first pain pill this morning since Wednesday.
I have peripheral nephropathy (no diabetes – no nerve damage, they can’t tell me why), one of my feet is hurting a bit which is making the walking unpleasant as well.
But pushing on with recovery.
As much as the JP drain is draining have to empty it every three to four hours, so sleep is not looking all that good. Couple that with the sinus problems I have sleep is a challenge.
The Bible tells us to cast all our cares on Jesus because He cares for us (I Peter 5:7).
The challenges I am facing now pale compared to the challenges others are asking prayer for.
Hey tomorrow is Easter. The pain and suffering the Lord went through for me so that I may have a home in Heaven make my problems look petty! Thank you Lord Jesus!
