Quick update. Apparently no one  provides urgent care on a holiday. Going to tough it out till tomorrow and see my regular doctor

Sinus and coughing so bad, going down to Urgent Care Center.

Back in Dallas Texas. Have two days off (run is a 4 and 2). Sinuses have me sick as a dog!
