Called in.  Can’t tell what the assignment will be.

Dispatchers changed.  New dispatcher didn’t need me. Gone home.

Got through to dispatch.  Was asked if I had hours to work when I get back. Dallas is short on drivers. Will see what happens. About 40 minutes out of Dallas.

I have been calling dispatch for the last hour and a half to get a cushion number.  Can’t get through. Will have to sort things out when I get back to Dallas.

Called in to deadhead a bus to Longview Texas.

Back in Dallas.  Heading home.  Going to be a short day.

Made it into Abilene Texas.  Scheduled to pull double back to Dallas Texas.

Called in to take double to Abilene Texas.

Back home.  Dispatch did not grant me first up when I originally requested return run to Abilene.  Could not get dispatch to answer for 15 minutes before leaving Abilene. Back in Dallas the dispatcher said she could not assign me first up on the run. Just went home.

Called in to take open run to Dallas Texas.  Going to claim first up to try and get return run back to Abilene Texas.
